Description:

Mad Housers, Inc. is a nonprofit organisation, comprised entirely of volunteers, who engage in various forms of social, charity and educational work. For this project, they built shelters in various areas in the city of Atlanta for homeless families and individuals, without differentiating between the nationality, religion, age and sexual orientation of people.

Goals:

To help the plight of the homeless in Atlanta.

Beneficial Outcomes:

To develop low income housing for people in need, to help people develop the skills and knowledge to construct housing and shelter, and also to act, if necessary as an advocate for the homeless, to ensure that their moral and civil rights are protected.
