Description:

Half of the Tirana inhabitants don't have access to drinking water. The project consisted of building a water post (Cezme) in the center of Tirana, in front of the Enver Hoxa Monument (it was designed as a museum about his legacy).

Goals:

Offer a public service within the context of one of the most iconic symbols of the communist state.

Beneficial Outcomes:

The inhabitants had free access to drinking water during the Biennial.
